It awards academic degrees recognized by the Swiss Confederation;<\/li>\n<li>conducts <strong>research programmes<\/strong> that contribute to the effectiveness and evolution of care in a society in flux. It produces results that advance knowledge, know-how and competencies through interprofessional collaboration;<\/li>\n<li>offers <strong>tailored services<\/strong> such as consultancy, practice analyses, expert assessments, and training; and<\/li>\n<li>develops <strong>international collaborative relationships<\/strong> with other schools of higher learning and with health institutions to allow students and faculty members to enhance their competencies, establish partnerships, and broaden their networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The La Source Institute<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>develops<strong> training activities, studies and interventions<\/strong> in its specific areas of expertise;<\/li>\n<li>facilitates an<strong> international nursing network<\/strong> to promote knowledge and know-how dissemination, as well as professional exchanges;<\/li>\n<li>manages and valorises the <strong>La Source Foundation archives<\/strong>, which have been kept since 1859; and organises seminars and conferences concerning major health and social issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Vision<\/h2>\n<p>Recognized worldwide, the La Source\u00a0School of Nursing enjoys a strong appeal both among students and as an employer.
